Gaza: The Ministry of Health in Gaza on Friday reported a devastating toll as Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip continued for the 399th consecutive day, with 39 additional fatalities and 123 injuries recorded over the past 24 hours.
The ongoing aggression has resulted in three family massacres in Gaza, leaving numerous victims still trapped beneath rubble or unreachable due to blocked routes.
According to the Ministry, the total death toll since October 7, 2023, has reached 43,508, with at least 102,684 individuals injured. Ministry officials report that ongoing challenges severely hinder the ability of emergency crews and civil defense teams to access affected sites and provide necessary assistance.
In a statement, the Ministry of Health in Gaza urged the families of martyrs and missing persons to register their details via a provided link to complete official records. The registration process, they noted, will support ongoing documentation efforts in the wake of the sustained Israeli campaign.
“Families of martyrs and missing individuals are encouraged to finalize their data through our records,” the Ministry stated, aiming to maintain updated records for all victims.
This dire update underlines the escalating human cost in Gaza, where limited medical resources and access barriers pose further challenges to providing aid and treatment to those affected.
