KARACHI: Dr. Shahid Rasool, Executive Director of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), passed away on Friday.
According to hospital officials, Dr. Rasool suffered a sudden heart attack early in the morning. He was immediately shifted to National Medical Centre, but doctors were unable to save his life.
Dr. Shahid Rasool was regarded as a dedicated medical professional and an able administrator. His death is being termed a significant loss to the healthcare community in Pakistan.
