Forty- one construction workers trapped for 11 days will have to stay another day before an attempt to deliver them from a collapsed lair in northern India can continue.

That’s because the drilling machine used in the deliverance hit a chassis sword girder bow that took six hours to remove, said Bhaskar Khulbe, a lair design functionary, to The Associated Press.

The machine is anticipated to be fixed by Friday, when the deliverance attempt can continue to free the workers who have been trapped for nearly two weeks. OnNov. 12, a landslide caused a portion of the4.5- kilometre lair they were erecting to collapse about 200 metres from the entrance.
